These hours are used for general design, for developing concepts. It will also include views that will allow full visibility and understanding of the concepts and the next steps forward. This does not include any design work that requires any type of site plan, code reviews, county compliance review, or systems such as: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Foundations or any engineering systems that require full analysis. This will be for general modeling of concept and general architecture drafting.
